THE PROCESS
A pure grain alcohol distillate is made into a macerate by adding 16 botanicals including 5 different peppers, 3 citrus varieties and fennel.
TASTE PROFILE
On the nose mainly soft juniper berries, on the palate complex flavors of peppers and citrus emerge. The finish has spicy long notes of fennel seed.
HOW TO DRINK:
In cocktails, such as a Gin & Tonic or in fish and meat dishes.
