REST & BE THANKFUL WHISKY - Small Batch #2 Strathenry Sherry finish 2016

THE PROCESS

This new limited edition of Rest & Be Thankful also comes from the Scottish distillery InchDairnie. "Strathenry" is the unpeated single malt, and unlike "Finglassie" which is peated. Distilled in October 2016, this Single Malt was aged in casks previously containing Bourbon before undergoing a Sherry Oloroso butt finish. Bottled at 46%, without chill filtration or coloring like all "Small Batch" Whiskeys and Rums from Rest & Be Thankful.
