SAKURAO - JAPANESE DRY GIN CLASSIC

THE PROCESS

The distillery is facing Miyajima Island where many of the botanicals in the Sakurao gin come from. The basis of the gin is formed by alcohol made from sugar cane juice. The gin is then made with 11 Japanese Botanicals including Yuzu, Hinoki and Sakura (cherry blossom). Finally, coriander, iris root and angelica root are used to complete the gin. The end result is a fresh, balanced gin.
