NC'NEAN DISTILLERY

NC'NEAN is one of Scotland's most sustainable distilleries. The distillery is located on the west coast of Scotland in the so-called Highlands, here NC'NEAN produces organic Single Malt Whisky.

In 2017, this distillery was founded by Annabel Thomas a woman with the aim of creating a whisky that makes a big impression, but asks little of the earth. These sustainability goals are expressed in the 100% recycled bottle, the use of renewable energy as well as the use of organic Scottish grain, this and more sustainability activities have led to a B-CORP certification. At NC'NEAN, they believe that the pursuit of sustainability also has positive effects on the whisky, using all kinds of pure products from nature also makes for a pure whisky. One of the aspects that is experimented on a lot is the use of yeast and this results in hugely flavourful creations that are released in the Huntress Series.
