THE PROCESS

Created exclusively for the Dutch market, this Clonakilty release is crafted from triple distilled Irish malt and grain whiskey, initially matured in ex-bourbon oak casks before receiving a finishing period in carefully selected Port casks.

The Port cask finish adds rich notes of red fruit, dark berries, gentle spice and soft sweetness, while maturation in Clonakilty’s Atlantic Ocean warehouse contributes subtle maritime influence and balance. The result is a smooth and complex Irish whiskey with layered fruit, oak and spice character.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose ripe red berries, soft vanilla and gentle oak spice.

On the palate dark fruits, port sweetness and warming spice unfold with richness and balance.

The finish reveals toasted oak, dried fruit and lingering hints of cocoa.
