CLONAKILTY - Galley Head Irish Blended Whiskey

THE PROCESS

A Blend of premium Irish Grain and the very first Irish Single Pot Still whiskey to come from the stills of Clonakilty. First matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Rhum Agricole barrels, which gives beautiful sweet, fruity hints to the whiskey.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose notes of fresh tropical fruit, on the palate notes of apple crumble along with spiced honey and clove. The finish is spicy with vanilla and citrus.

HOW TO DRINK:

Neat, on the rocks or in cocktails. Think of a Whiskey Sour or the classic Irish Coffee.
