CLONAKILTY - 13YO Grain Rhum Cask

THE PROCESS

A single grain whiskey extracted from ex-bourbon barrels. She stored this in her Atlantic Warehouse on the cliffs of Galley Head, a short distance outside Clonakilty. She then filled the whiskey in ex-rhum barrels from Martinique in the Caribbean.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose aromatic friendly notes of tropical fruit, on the palete sweet fresh notes. The aftertaste is velvety
