THE PROCESS

Aged in ex-bourbon casks and then finished in Port casks from the Douro Valley.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose raisins and pleasant wood notes, on the palete notes of chocolate and red fruit. The finish has a sharp edge that turns into a soft and warm feeling in the throat.

HOW TO DRINK:

Neat or on the rocks.
