THE PROCESS

Dupuy XO is crafted from carefully selected eaux-de-vie sourced from Grande Champagne, the premier cru of the Cognac region. With an average ageing of 20 years, and some components matured for over 40 years, this refined blend reflects patience, expertise and the elegance of mature Cognac.

Prolonged maturation in oak barrels allows the Cognac to develop depth, richness and aromatic complexity, while preserving its smooth and opulent character. The result is an elegant XO with vibrant aromas, layered flavour and a long, refined finish.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose, Dupuy XO Grande Champagne is rich and refined, with indulgent notes of fresh leather, ginger and white nougat.

On the palate, layers of dried fruits, cigar and sandalwood unfold with depth, warmth and elegance.

The finish is smooth and opulent, revealing roasted coffee, prunes and clove, leaving a long and complex impression.
