THE PROCESS

Originally, Blue Curaçao is a liqueur. Its name comes from the island of Curaçao where a distillery used a particular species of orange called Laraha or Curaçao orange, a green, fibrous and bitter fruit which gives the product its taste specificity. The idea of the distiller to color the product in brilliant blue contributes to distinguish and register the Blue Curaçao as an essential ingredient in drinks.
Giffard Blue Curaçao flavor syrup is an alcohol-free version that allows you to enjoy the typically zesty and candied flavor profile in non-alcoholic beverages.
