THE PROCESS

The limited edition HAMAGOU is a tribute to Miyajama's blessings of nature, this World Heritage Site located near the distillery is surrounded by the nature of the Seto Inland Sea.
Every year in mid-summer, the vibrant purple flowers of the HAMAGOU bloom on the shore. Many Hamagou grow naturally in Miyajima. They are collected by hand to give their floral and spicy fragrance to this limited edition Sakurao Gin.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose fresh aromas of Hamagou with on the palette the sweetness of shiranui (orange variety) and the beauty of lavender. An aftertaste of soft florality.

In cocktails such as a Gin & Tonic.
