THE PROCESS

De Montal Armagnac VSOP uses the Baco grape. It enhances the aroma of plums that is characteristic of Armagnac. An exceptionally long ageing time for VSOP: 7 to 8 years, gives the Montal VSOP a smoothness that keeps the balance between aroma and flavour. Particularly tasty to finish a dinner.
