Bache-Gabrielsen 2011 | 11 Years Vintage

THE PROCESS

2011 became the warmest year in France since weather records began a century ago. One of the main features of 2011 was an exceptionally mild and very dry spring and autumn. April and October were the warmest on record, with April, for example, being more than 4.2°C warmer than average. The warm and dry weather made for this fantastic 2011 vintage of Petite Champagne.
