Bache-Gabrielsen Pineau Charantes Tres Vieux

THE PROCESS

Pineau des Charentes is the product of mixing a white grape must, rich in sugar, with a very young Cognac with a high alcohol content, on the same day as the harvest, followed by aging in barrels for at least a year.

This Bache-Gabrielsen Pineau Blanc has a special distinction: Tres Vieux, which means that this pineau has matured for more than 10 years in Limousin oak barrels.

TASTE PROFILE

Aromas of raisins, nuts and all-spice that are accompanied by the sweet undertone that the Pineau contains. A delicious Christmas treat.
