THE PROCESS

Berry Bros & Rudd is England's oldest independent bottler, having been around since 1698. The company has become known for the quality wines and Single Cask whiskies they select.

This Single Cask from Wire Works comes from the White Peak Distillery a distillery in England, Derbyshire. In its short lifespan, the distillery is already known for its long fermentation time in order to get a distinctive new make spirit, this has had a big impact on this particular finished product. In total 304 bottles produced at an ABV of 60,9%.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose flowers and vanilla. On the palate dark spices, vanilla and a hint of flowers. The finish hints of red fruit and toffee.
