THE PROCESS

The Pioneers is an innovative new project by Berry Bros & Rudd in which they sought out the 10 most progressive distilleries in terms of sustainability. Each distillery has its own challenges and with them its own solutions.

This Irish Distillery is completely self-sufficient when it comes to electricity used in the distillery. They generate everything themselves with water and solar. Should the need arise, they give the energy left over to the local community.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose a lot of fresh fruit, such as mango and grapefruit. On the palate, a balance between wood and fruit takes place. The finish is slightly spicy and long.

Neat.
