THE PROCESS

The Pioneers is an innovative new project by Berry Bros & Rudd in which they sought out the 10 most progressive distilleries in terms of sustainability. Each distillery has its own challenges and with them its own solutions.

The Oxford Artisan Distillery likes to experiment with grain and works with 5 local farmers to grow different grains in a sustainable way. Only 311 bottles of this Single Cask have been bottled at 54.5% alcohol.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose rye and dark chocolate, On the palate flavours of citrus, rye and fresh spices. The finish is long and rich.
