THE PROCESS

Berry Bros & Rudd is England's oldest independent bottler, having been around since 1698. The company has become known for the quality wines and Single Cask whisky’s they select.

Blair Athol is one of Scotland's most picturesque distilleries. This 13-year-old Single Malt Single Cask has had a finish on Sauternes casks. A total of 255 bottles were bottled at a cask strength of 56.4% alcohol.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose spices, apricot and vanilla. On the palate marsepin, apricot marmelade and caramel. The Finish is long with spices and fruit.

Neat.
