THE PROCESS

Jamaica is known for its
unique way of making rum. The rum
from Jamaica contains in many cases
different funky tones, this is often created by the use of wild yeast. These funky tones can also be found in the Berry Bros & Rudd Jamaica Rum.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose, notes of dark spices and sweet pineapple. On the palate, the sweet pineapple returns combined with the spices. The finish is long and flavourful.

HOW TO DRINK:

Neat.
