THE PROCESS

Nicaragua is known for
the slightly cooler climate compared to others
Caribbean Islands, this is one of the
reasons that there is often a slow
maturation is applied. This is also the case with this rum, which contains notes of ripe fruit and coffee in addition to a little sweetness.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose, a sweetness of ripe fruit. On the palate, sweet fruity notes come together with coffee. The finish is characterful and long.
