THE PROCESS

Nicaragua is known for
the slightly cooler climate compared to others
Caribbean Islands, this is one of the
reasons that there is often a slow
maturation is applied. This is also the case with this rum, which contains notes of ripe fruit and coffee in addition to a little sweetness.
