Berry Bros & Rudd is England's oldest independent bottler, having been around since 1698. The company has become known for the quality wines and Single Cask whisky's & rum they select.
A rum bottling by Berry Bros & Rudd from a distillery that is no longer active. Ten Cane was a project of Louis Vuitton Moet Henessy (LVMH). The big concern had established this distillery in Trinidad, with the idea that it took 10 sugar canes to produce 1 bottle of rum. In 2015, LVMH decided not to continue production, so a bottle coming from this distillery is pretty rare.
On the nose aromas of apples, sultanas and biscuit. On the palate, nuts, apples and vanilla emerge. On the finish dried fruits and lingering long aftertaste.
