THE PROCESS

Berry Bros & Rudd is England's oldest independent bottler, having been around since 1698. The company has become known for the quality wines and Single Cask whisky’s & rum they select.

Many rum lovers know it, but Diamond Distillery is the only distillery on Guyana and thus it is no surprise that this Guyana rum was made there. This Single Cask was aged for 10 years on a Barrel, after which only 237 bottles could be bottled. The alcohol content is at a cask strength of 59.5%.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose, dried fruit and toffee. On the palette oak, apricot, plums and chocolate. The finish is long and flavourful.
