DAFTMILL - Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

THE PROCESS

Stunning single malt whiskey made from publican's barley grown on the 43ac fields of the family farm in August 2009. The barley was stored, dried and malted in Alloa during the summer of 2010. Then after fermentation, distillation began in November and December of the following year before going into first-fill ex-bourbon casks. These remained in the barrel until 2023, after which 6550 bottles were filled at an alcohol percentage of 46% ABV
