Daftmill 2011 - 2024 Winter Batch Release is an exclusive single malt whiskey from the artisanal Daftmill Distillery in Fife, Scotland. This small family distillery, owned by the Cuthbert family, produces whiskeys in limited quantities and only puts out a few releases each year. The Winter Batch Release 2024 was distilled in 2011 and matured for over 12 years in 27 carefully selected first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, creating a smooth, refined taste with distinct fruity notes.

TASTE PROFILE

Nose
