NC'NEAN - Organic Single Malt

THE PROCESS

A whisky made from 100% organic Scottish grain. The long fermentation brought a lot of fruity flavour to the whisky. The maturation took place in red wine casks, American oak casks that have undergone the STR process. Finally the liquid has been matured in high-quality sherry casks.

TASTE PROFILE

On the nose a lot of citrus and a hint of sweetness. On the palate a combination of peach, apricot en toffee. The finish is long and smooth.

HOW TO DRINK:

Neat.
