THE PROCESS

By carefully selecting the barrels that the Stevenson brothers wanted to use in this Turntable whiskey, a fantastically beautiful complex sherry whisky was created. The ingredients:
22% Craigallachie PX Puncheon
17% Blair Athol Virgin Oak Barrel
21% Craigallachie Oloroso Butt
21% Balmenach PX Puncheon
19% North British Virgin Oak Barrel

The name is of course a reference to the iconic song by The Verge: Bittersweet Symphony.

TASTE PROFILE

This composition provides a delicious whiskey with sherry tones, but also flavors of dark chocolate and dried fruit can be found in this whiskey.
