THE PROCESS

By carefully selecting the casks the Stevenson brothers chose to use in this Turntable whisky, they created a fantastically complex sherry whisky. Ingredients:
22% Craigallachie PX Puncheon
17% Blair Athol Virgin Oak Barrel
21% Craigallachie Oloroso Butt
21% Balmenach PX Puncheon
19% North British Virgin Oak Barrel

The name is, of course, a reference to the iconic song by The Verve: Bittersweet Symphony.

TASTE PROFILE

This composition provides a delicious whiskey with sherry tones, but also flavors of dark chocolate and dried fruit can be found in this whiskey.
