YAMAZAKURA - BLENDED WHISKY

THE PROCESS

Japan is the source of Yamazakura Blended Whiskey. 'Yama' refers to a mountain and 'Sakura' refers to a cherry blossom, hence the brand name. This is a blend without age indication. The whiskey is composed for the most part of grain whiskey, which leads to a fresh, fruity blend with emphatic floral accents.

On the nose floral, on the palette you will find soft notes of fruit. The finish is medium-long and contains vanilla
