TURNTABLE WHISKY - Smokin Riff

THE PROCESS

The name of this whiskey already gives away a lot of its character. By compiling smoky whisky in combination with whisky matured in PX and red wine barrels, a whisky has been created in which the smoky tones are covered under a somewhat sweeter layer of dried fruit. The whiskeys used are as follows:
21% Knockdhu PX Puncheon
18% Caol Ila Bourbon Barrel
24% Craigellachie PX Puncheon
9% Caol Ila Ex Red Wine Barrel
28% North British Virgin Oak Barrel

TASTE PROFILE

Beautiful notes of campfire smoke accompanied by underlying aromas of toffee, pear, raisins and cinnamon.

Neat or on the rocks.
