THE PROCESS

This 21-year-old Whisky is Clonakilty's second 21-year-old single cask. Fully aged in a 2nd fill ex-bourbon barrel, this is an exceptional Irish whiskey.

TASTE PROFILE

Aromas of honey, peaches and cream, vanilla and apple slices lead to flavours of butterscotch, oak spices, leather, and cracked pink peppercorns. The finish is long and rich with toffee, coconut and vanilla.

HOW TO DRINK:

Neat or on the rocks.
