THE PROCESS

Distilled in 1991 and aged in an Oloroso hogshead results in a rare whisky of exceptional quality. This winner of World Whiskies Awards 2023 - Best Irish Single Cask Single Malt, 21 years and older has another 50 ml proof bottle hidden under the bottle.
Bottles from this single cask cask are very limited: the hogshead yielded only 126 bottles.

TASTE PROFILE

A fresh floral aroma gives way to rich Christmas cake, on the palate there are flavours of plum pudding with prunes, figs and toasted walnuts.
